1.45%</p>\n<p>对于接下来三种税的计算方式，我有些困惑，因此我查询了去年我们为每个雇员支付的费用，并将最高税额用作默认值。</p>\n<p>联邦失业税法 (FUTA) - 按我们当前的工资计算，假设年最高税额为 42 美元</p>\n<p>CA SUI - 按我们当前的工资计算，假设年最高税额为 315 美元</p>\n<p>CA ETT - 按我们当前的工资计算，假设年最高税额为 7 美元\n<strong>人力资源信息系统</strong></p>\n<p>我们最初使用 Gusto 作为我们的工资和福利提供商，并且非常中意。但后来我们开始在全美范围内招聘，我们发现，要想向雇员提供高质量覆盖，他们提供福利的成本对于我们而言简直太高了。</p>\n<p>我们最近换用 Sequoia One，成本为每位雇员每月 110 美元。</p>\n<p><strong>401K 行政管理</strong></p>\n<p>我们使用 Guideline 来管理我们的 401K 计划。我们的团队对他们提供的低收费模式感到非常满意。我们目前不提供搭配缴款，管理该计划的费用为每位雇员每月 8 美元。</p>\n<p><strong>午餐和零食</strong></p>\n<p>我们为旧金山的雇员提供午餐和零食。成本为每位雇员每年大约 3,000
