6z\"></path></svg></a>远程公司需要合适的员工</h2>\n<p>对于很多人而言，远程工作似乎是最理想的办公方式。他们会有更多的自主权，也更有利于他们生活方式的自由工作时间，甚至无需注重着装。</p>\n<p>但这对每个人都合适吗？可能并不是。</p>\n<p>远程办公需要很强的自主性和自觉性。如果您在面试过程中没有仔细甄别求职者是否具备这一特质，可能会导致双方都不愉快。尽管您可以通过他们以前的远程工作经验来进行判断，但并不是每个求职者都有这样的经历。</p>\n<p>因此，您必须明确传达工作期望：<strong>是的，他们会有一定的工作灵活性，但是他们不能缺席会议，他们仍然需要工作一整天，而且他们需要经常和自己的团队联系等等。</strong> 从个人经历来说，我以前的公司 Compose 给了我这么一个机会。事实证明，我能够做到。</p>\n<p>当有新员工加入时，您需要引导他们，让他们明白需要完成什么工作。让员工在一无所知的情况下默默地工作可能会损害员工和公司的利益。例如，新加入 Serverless 的每个员工都会分派给一个老员工，帮助他们明确在 Serverless 中需要完成的工作，并习惯我们的工作方式，包括远程工作。</p>\n<p>公司还需要决定远程工作是否对所有职位都适用。即使是在一个远程优先的公司，也很可能需要考虑地理位置。如果您有一个技术销售人员，则销售人员应住在靠近技术中心的地方，这点非常重要。您的管理团队是否需要定期开会来解决问题？如果是这样，他们需要住在可协调的时区。</p>\n<p>这些都是建立企业文化需要考虑的重要因素。</p>\n<h2 6z\"></path></svg></a>沟通是关键</h2>\n<p>在办公室里，员工聚在饮水机旁，一起吃午饭，出去参加活动或喝一杯，彼此之间总有机会进行一些非正式的交流。</p>\n<p>而在远程环境中，根本就不存在这样的机会。您必须为团队创造一种聊天方式，当您远程工作时，Slack 可成为您的虚拟办公室。我们在其中提供了 #team-chat 频道供团队聊天，#misc 频道供分享其他琐碎事务，#music 频道供分享音乐以及 #standups 频道供日常签到。</p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>译者注：slack 中的「频道」类似于微信群</p>\n</blockquote>\n<p>我们将这些频道都投入了使用。不仅如此，我们还在表情符号开发上投入了大量资金，员工可以使用表情符号来体现他们的心情。</p>\n<p><img alt=\"沟通\"></p>\n<p>我们将视频聊天作为会议的强制要求，甚至时不时通过视频聊天闲谈。在我加入 Serverless 后不久，我的一个队友邀请我进行一对一的视频聊天以增进彼此的了解。我们谈论书籍、举重、圣诞节、艺术、朋友和家乡。在一个小时的聊天中，我感觉我在团队中交了一个朋友。</p>\n<p>在业务层面上，我们每周一都会进行团队同步。我每两周与 Growth 团队中的每个人进行一对一的沟通，以跟进项目并进行同步。团队还会进行全员视频通话，审阅公司报告。在全员视频通话中，每个团队成员都会制作一张幻灯片，分享过去两周我们生活中发生的一些好事以及我们面临的任何挑战。</p>\n<p>所有这些都是建立团队的好方法，但是团建活动是不可或缺的。</p>\n<p>每六个月，Serverless 团队成员从世界各地聚集一堂。我们在一个中心地点会面，制定未来 6 个月的战略，确定项目的优先顺序并介绍公司的发展情况。我们还有团建活动（如「空中乐队之战」），也有休息时间，一起坐下来聊天，享用美食。我们有机会与每个团队成员见面分享并建立起真正的关系，帮助我们更好地了解共事的同事，了解对他们来说什么是重要的，以及了解如何更好地进行沟通。</p>\n<h2 id=\"反馈是必须的\"><a 6z\"></path></svg></a>反馈是必须的</h2>\n<p>在分散各地的团队中建立和维护企业文化的最后一个关键因素是 —— 提供反馈渠道。在 Serverless，我们使用的是 <a href=\"https://www.radicalcandor.com/about-radical-candor/\">Radical Candor</a>，它鼓励和授权我们团队中的每个人在一个开放而坦诚的环境中进行反馈。这种坦率包括公司各级之间的公开对话。</p>\n<p>为了让这一切顺利进行，您需要领导层的认同和全心全意的参与。当公司从员工那里获得反馈，知道什么是有效的，什么是无效的，什么可以改善时，他们就成功了。当管理者倾听员工的需求时，团队才能成功。这对每个人都有帮助。</p>\n<p><strong>反馈必须付诸行动。</strong> 若领导听取了反馈，每个人都会觉得自己有发言权，在公司有一席之地，这就促使每个人完成更多的工作来保证成功。</p>\n<p>远程优先的文化很难定义，也很难建立，需要持续的培养来维护。但最终，您有机会与来自世界各地、有着不同背景和观点的人一起工作，齐心协力，让团队最求的共同目标变得更好。</p>\n<p><img
